The 60th Annual Urbanna Oyster Festival, one of the major annual fundraisers for the Kiwanis Club of Middlesex, will take place on November 3-4, 2017. The Middlesex Kiwanis club sells raw and roasted Rappahannock oysters and soft drinks to help fund our various projects supporting the children, schools, and communities of Middlesex County. High school and middle school youth from our Kiwanis-sponsored Key Club and Builders Club Service Leadership Programs (SLPs) also participate in serving oysters. We serve the best oysters in town!! Come out and enjoy!

Saturday our Club and guest met at the home of Dave & Linda Cryer for our Annual Member-Guest picnic. It was a wonderful night and the highlight was the installation of our newest member, Emily Lancucki.

Emily, the Executive Director of Hands Across Middlesex, should prove invaluable as a partner representative of one of our most important collaborative outreaches – Hands Across Middlesex.

Welcome Emily!
